Land Dimensions provided comprehensive multi-phase site development and design engineering for approximately 105 acres of undeveloped waterfront along the Delaware River.  Linked to public transportation by the NJ Transit River Line, we facilitated the client's plan to create a mixed-use commercial and residential transit-oriented development.  Our engineers and landscape architects collaborated to provide space for 911 residential units, approximately 95,000 s.f. of commercial space, and secured all required local, state, and federal permits and variances where applicable.  Acres of recreation and open space were integrated throughout the community and along the Delaware River.
