The Diocese of Camden sought to develop a 75 acre multi-faceted sports complex in Deptford Township.  Land Dimensions performed an analysis of the 75 acre site to optimize efficiency and use.  Implementing a three phase construction plan, our engineers and landscape architects have developed a land use plan for a state of the art stadium and clubhouse and eleven athletic fields.  Elements of the plan included:  custom grading plan specific to athletic usage, artificial turf and lighting design, all necessary permitting, and collaboration with a traffic engineer to minimize the impact of peak traffic volume on the surrounding neighborhood during events.
