Land Dimensions is proud to have as one of its oldest clients, the Borough of Pine Valley.  For over thirty years, Land Dimensions has been retained by the Borough as their principal planner, engineer, and facilities design consultant.  Responsibilities have included:  surveying of all grounds and golf course, design development for residential housing, maintenance facilities, utilities/infrastructure, natural resource and wildlife habitat planning, and management of Borough tax maps.   We also ascertained the environmental permitting for the 9 hole executive course designed by Ernie Ransome and Tom Fazzio.
