South Jersey Gas has been a long time client of Land Dimensions.  Over the years, we have assisted with federal and state environmental permitting for over 40 miles of infrastructure upgrades in Cumberland and Cape May Counties.  Project Elements have included:  feasibility studies, wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species habitat evaluation, archaeological and historic resource evaluations, impact analysis, and permit application to the NJDEP and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

PSEG is in the process of performing a $3.9 billion upgrade of their infrastructure throughout New Jersey over the next 10 years.  Land Dimensions is overseeing the approval and permitting process for the Southern Reinforcement Program (SRP) portion of this project.  This is a complex task spanning NJDOT and multiple municipalities in Camden and Gloucester Counties.  It requires expert land use testimony, detailed municipal ordinance review, and support for planning board applications to ensure compliancy for the success of the project.
