Scannell properties, recognizing a growing market in South Jersey and the need for a regional FedEx ground distribution center, identified property at an aging and underutilized industrial park bordering Magnolia and Barrington. Land Dimensions performed the site analysis, design, and all necessary permitting to facilitate the most efficient use of the property and maximize access/productivity. Elements of the project included: Surveying for property boundaries, environmental permitting, site development, parking lot and traffic flow design, and ensuring municipal land use compliance.
